Shipping - Retail Customers

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of funds being cleared. The delivery time supplied is an approximate time frame & is out of our control once it has been dispatched.

If an item is unavailable we will endeavor to notify you within 3 business days of receiving your order.

All delivery and shipping costs are included in the total of your shopping cart once your preferred delivery option is selected.

For orders 500grams or less, a flat rate shipping cost applies within Australia - via registered Australia post.

All items require a signature on delivery, so we suggest you post it to your office or workplace instead of your home (if applicable). Please note we don't ship to PO Boxes, you must provide a street address.

Shipping – Wholesale Customers

We endeavor to process and dispatch all orders within 3 business days of funds being cleared or as otherwise stated within your agreed wholesale terms. The delivery time supplied is an approximate time frame & is out of our control once it has been dispatched.

If an item is unavailable we will endeavor to notify you within 3 business days of receiving your order.

Freight charges are as follows:

• Order value less than $250 - 11% of order value

• Order value $250 to less than $500 - metro areas 5% of order value, outside of metro areas $25 flat

• Order value $500 and above - metro areas free, outside of metro areas $25 flat

Please note we don't ship to PO Boxes, you must provide a street address.

International Shipping

Please be aware that all items entering a foreign country are subject to customs inspection and the assessment of duties and taxes in accordance with that country's national laws. The buyer is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. Please contact us for details if your purchase is to be shipped outside Australia.

Returns/Exchanges

It is very important to us that all of our customers are happy with their purchase.

If this is not the case please contact us immediately and we will arrange returns and/or exchanges where possible.

You have up to 2 weeks from the arrival of your purchase, to decide whether you would like to return something. However, it must be unused and still in its original packaging.

If you would like a refund or exchange on any product, the postage for the item/s to be returned will be at your expense. If it is an exchange, the extra postage for sending the replacement item, will also be your expense.

Please note we do not accept returns/exchanges on sale items.
